Pricing & Availability
All prices on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and do not include GST (Goods & Services Tax). The cost of shipping in New Zealand is included in the sale price for all sculptures. For international orders, the shipping price is shown on the information page about the sculpture and can be selected at checkout. As a rough guide, to ship to areas outside of Australia and New Zealand costs an extra USD $70 for a 4kg glass sculpture and USD $40 (for 1.15kg) for a polyethylene lamp sculpture.
All glass and polyethylene sculptures include a 3W LED light, wall plug adapter and, where relevant, the light is recessed in a beech wood base.
The following editions are stolen bronze sculptures and as a result, will be replaced with the same edition number: Reclining Figure #1 (large) 1st edition; Reclining Figure #1 (small) 6th edition; Agony 3rd edition; Spiral Forms 2nd edition; Reclining Figure #2 2nd edition; Exalted 2nd edition. Please note that I am usually away from my studio during mid-December to the end of January and will not be able to take orders.

Packaging of your Sculpture
Every care is taken with packaging your sculpture and you can be confident that it will arrive unbroken and undamaged. Sculptures are packed in bubble wrap inside a heavy duty cardboard box.
If the goods cannot be delivered to you because the incorrect address has been provided, or you are unavailable to accept the delivery, it is you the buyer’s responsibility to arrange re-delivery or personal collection of the goods from the courier depot.

National Shipping and Delivery
The cost of shipping and insurance in New Zealand is included in the sale price for small bronze sculptures and all glass and polyethylene lamp sculptures. For delivery within NZ, you should receive your order within 3-5 working days via Courier Post. Please allow an extra 2 working days for rural delivery.
To ensure the safe delivery of your order, my parcel is sent with a signature required at the receiver’s end. I recommend a business address is used for delivery. I use signature required delivery to save on the possibility of delayed delivery if nobody is home to sign for the parcel.

International Shipping and Delivery
All International orders include insurance and will be sent via New Zealand Post International Courier. This is a tracked service requiring a signature on receipt. Delivery times may vary depending on the country. Orders may be subject to relevant taxes and duties once landed in certain countries. These shall be the responsibility of the recipient of the goods. As per my legal requirements, a customs declaration will be on the parcel, stating contents and value. I do not accept any responsibility for additional customs taxes, duties or any other fees upon shipment's arrival to your country. For more information on duty and taxes see International Orders.

Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your sculpture, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund. Shipping and insurance will be at your expense. The sculpture and light unit if included must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition that it was received. Sculptures and lamps are not eligible to be returned that have been damaged by the client. I will refund your credit card when I receive the goods back in their original condition. The shipping of the goods back to me will be at your cost, unless the cabinet light and driver are faulty, or the wrong sculpture was sent, then I will refund the shipping. You may expect a refund to your credit card within approximately 30 days upon receipt of your return. Sculptures that have been commissioned are not able to be returned.
Since the glass and bronze sculptures are hand-made, there will be variance due to their unique nature. I ask that you sign and check all goods on receipt as I cannot be held responsible once the chain of custody is broken. Please contact me straight away if you are unhappy with your order.

Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by my store and its service providers.
